Price: all price are in US Dollars which doesn't include shipping fee, shipping is free for US for limited time only, international buyer please contact us for best shipping rate.

Checks/Money Order: We do accept cashier's check's, money orders; please contact us at 402-333-7847 for this option to reserve your order. Your order will be dispatch only after the payment credited to our account.
Other Option: You can contact us to pay by phone using your credit cards, we accept only Visa, Master Cards and American Express Card, and all the telephone payment process will go through secured payment processing system by Innovative Merchant Solutions of Quick Book.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping within US is Free: Free shipping has been provided for limited time as an introductory offer to the client of US for all in-stock rug ship from Omaha, Nebraska. All order will be ship via UPS Ground delivery, which will take approx. 4-6 business days, depends on your location. Over size rugs or over weight rugs need to ship via freight, however we will keep you informed.
International shipping: International buyers, please contact us before purchase for best shipping rate. International shipping will be provided by UPS EXpress. We can ship any where in the world.
Rug offered directly from our source in Kathmandu under the Factory Fresh Rug Categories will ship as "Free shipping" to the international clients all over the world by our shipping partner "Sky Net/DHL/UPS/Fedex to your destination, these service will deliverer the rug to your door.
International buyers are responsible for any Custom duties or fees; we are not responsible for such a fees for your country. Please check with your custom department for details, we assume that it is duty free in most of the countries or with very minimal charge.
Packing: All the rugs will be ship on standard packages.
All the rugs sizes up to 4'x6' for inbound shipment for US will be ship in a roll and above 4'x6' on folded package. Rugs for all other countries will be ship folded on all sizes.
Expedite shipping is available on request; please contact us for the rate.
Handling time: all the rug will be ship the next business days after payment received by us, rugs from Kathmandu will be ship within 4 days of payment received by us.
Local Pickup: Local pick are available from our store at Omaha on above business day without any handling charge.
Shipping of Singing Bowl: All Tibetan Singing Bowl will be ship by USPS Priority Mail within US & USPS First Class Internation Mail OR Priority Mail as paid for international.
Shipping charge is free for the shipment within US.
International buyer please contact us for shipping rate to be invoice to you from Paypal as it doesn't show on check out.
Stock availability: Usually all of the item listed in this web site is ready in-stock, we are also selling through other platform, sometime it may be possible that the same item might sold from other platform and we didn't get chance to remove it from here, in that case we will give priority for the first order and will make full refund for the second buyer if we are out of stock.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We guarantee for your 100% satisfaction on our products, if you are not satisfied with your purchase by any reason, you may return a rug for refund within 7 days of receipt. Rug must be, returned in their original like packing and should be unused. Shipping charge, which includes insurance, packing, handling charge is non-refundable. You should know the fact that even if we offer a rug with "Free shipping" we have to pay for the shipping company to ship your order. To make it more reasonable the following flat rate shipping charge will be deduct from your refund:
Return rugs from US clients: Rug size up-to 6'x9' $40, size above 6'x9' up to 9'x12' $70 and $100 for rug above 9'x12' size.
Return rugs from Canadian clients: Rug size up to 6'x9' $70, size above 6'x9' up to 9'x12' $120 and $150 for rug above 9'x12' size. Return should be done on your own shipping expenses.
Return from International clients: the original invoice of shipping company will be deducted from your refund with $20 as packing/hanlding charge for any size of rugs return to us. We will provide the original Invoice from shipping company used to send your order.
Rug ship to you directly from Kathmandu, Nepal, you will be charged $5 per square foot as shipping cost from Kathmandu, Nepal to your door for your return or exchange rug. This return or exchange rug has to ship to our Omaha, location.
The balance amount will be refund immediately after we get back the return rug in our warehouse of Omaha, Nebraska.
Please write us before returning any rug to get the re-stocking number, you are responsible for loss and damage and shipping charge of your return rug, we recommend you to insure your package.
Certain restriction applies for return/exchange for international clients, please contact us for this.
Exchange Policy:
Before returning any rug, please read at this option.
You are entitled to get exchange facilities within 2 weeks of your rug receipt date. If the rug didn't suit as per your requirement, you can exchange that rug with any other rug equivalent to your purchase. For this you will be charge a second time shipping cost depends upon shipping mode you request, but you will pay only the original shipping cost, no handling and packing cost again. Same policy as return rug applies for shipping of exchange rug from your end.
